My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although clean and spacious, had an inclined wall that made it a bit tricky to move around. The service was overall friendly and accommodating, but there was an incident of a staff member being loud on their phone late at night. The location was excellent for exploring the old town, but the entrance was a bit hidden. The dining options were decent but not exceptional. The facilities met my basic needs without any standout features.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering views of the burg. The friendly and very helpful service added to the overall positive experience.
